BREL Team is a Canadian real estate company, based out of Toronto, that I completely re-brand for practice.  With Toronto having a more youthful adult population I aimed my re-brand to appeal to men and women with an age range of 24-36 years.

 

I wanted BREL Team's brand to better represent that they handled estates in the Toronto area. To solve this, I brought the Toronto city colours into the design and branding. With Toronto being a large city that has many tall buildings, I placed taller structures in the back of the logo as appose to other housing.
